What is disc golf?

Disc Golf is played like traditional golf, but with golf discs instead of balls and clubs. Play on each hole begins at the tee and ends at the basket. One throw is counted each time the disc is thrown and when a penalty is incurred. Each successive throw is made from where the previous throw came to rest. The hole is completed when the disc comes to rest in the basket. Upon completing a hole, the player proceeds to the teeing area of the next hole, until all holes have been played.
