Voters will be asked to amend the City Charter to allow City Commission to issue debt without prior voter approval to respond to a declared emergency or for some safety or public health projects. With the ability to borrow money as it’s needed, the City of North Port can start to Get the Work Done.

Seniors, do you want to participate in the Gulf Coast Games for Life as part of the Florida Senior Games? The Gulf Coast Games Series is a multi-sport event program for adults ages 50 and over hosted throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties and leading up to the Florida Senior Games in December. North Port Parks & Recreation is hosting two qualifying events listed below.
