Canine Club Dog Park move to full-day closure for maintainence

Beginning Aug. 14, the weekly maintenance closure for the Canine Club Dog Park will be transitioning to a full-day every Wednesday for improved park maintenance, reopening Thursday’s at 7:30 am. Previously, the park was closed for 5 hours every Wednesday.

In addition to regular maintenance activities, this full-day closure will allow staff time to complete projects such as power washing, painting, pruning and trimming of trees, provide access for in-house and contracted repairs and better facilitate weekly grooming and any needed ant/pest treatments that require longer closure. This change is aimed at enhancing the experience for all park-goers and their furry companions. 

Jeff Nelson, Parks & Grounds Manager shared, "This proactive step is essential to maintain the high standards our community expect and deserve. We appreciate everyone's patience and support as we all adjust to the new maintenance schedule.”
