Parks & Recreation Department announces 2025 vendor opportunities!

he North Port Parks & Recreation Department is excited to announce that vendor opportunities for 2025 events will be available for registration on a quarterly basis. Vendors are encouraged to mark their calendars and prepare for upcoming opportunities, which will be made available for sign-up at 9 a.m. on the specified dates listed below. To learn more about how to create a new account and/or register for an event, please view our “How To” video. Once registration is open, you will find the link to the application form on our Events page.

2025 Registration dates and events:

Nov. 4, 2024

  • Movies on the Green (Food): Jan., Feb., Mar.
  • Woofstock (Food and Merchandise/Non-Profit): Feb.
  • Community Yard Sale (Food): Feb., Mar.

Jan. 6, 2025

  • Flashlight Egg Hunt & Eggnormous Egg Hunt (Food): Apr.

Apr. 7, 2025

  • Freedom Festival (Food and Merchandise/Non-Profit): Jul.
  • Concert in the Park (Food): Sept.
  • Community Yard Sale (Food): Sept.

Jul. 7, 2025

  • Concert (Food): Oct.
  • Trick or Treat at City Center (Food and Pumpkin Trail Partners): Oct.
  • Concert in the Park (Food): Nov.
  • Community Yard Sale (Food): Nov.
  • Poinsettia Parade & Festival: (Food, Merchandise/Non-Profit and Parade Units): Dec.

Important Information for Vendors:

Completion of the vendor form does not guarantee space at events. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. All applications are subject to review, and North Port Parks & Recreation reserves the right to accept or deny vendors based on space availability, event needs and vendor alignment with event goals. Vendors will be contacted within 72-business hours of submittal regarding status of application. If approved, you will be contacted with further instructions. Upon approval, payment of the associated fee is required to confirm participation. Vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance for operating at events.
