Passholder extensions and refunds

The City of North Port has established a process to issue prorated refunds or extensions for Warm Mineral Springs Park passholders who purchased a pass between Oct. 1, 2021, and Sept. 27, 2022, and were impacted by the temporary closure of the park due to Hurricane Ian. Individuals who’d like to extend their pass can simply bring their old one to Warm Mineral Springs Park. Those who would like to apply for a refund may fill out the online application form.

Applications for pass extensions or refunds will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2023 when Emergency Order 2023-02 is set to terminate or upon termination of local state of emergency, whichever is earlier. No refunds or extensions will be granted once the emergency order is terminated.
