Development Review Committee

The purpose of the Development Review Committee (DRC) is to provide a coordinated review of the following development applications and to make recommendations based on technical compliance of the regulations within the Unified Land Development Code.

  • Future Land Use Map Amendment
  • Master Concept Plans and Waivers
  • Preliminary Project Review
  • Rezone, Standard & Village
  • Site Development & Infrastructure Plan
  • Subdivision, Final Plat
  • Subdivision, Minor
  • Subdivision, Preliminary Plat  

Prior to filing for development approval, applicants are strongly encouraged but not required to schedule a pre-application meeting with Planning and Zoning staff or applicable Development Review Committee members to discuss the City’s requirements for the proposed development. Pre-application meetings are informational and do not approve development rights.

Is DRC open to the public?

Yes, any member of the public is free to attend DRC.
